Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through various methods such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.

​

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their IT requirements and provide customized solutions.

​

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest IT products and services, including hardware, software, cloud solutions, and managed services.

​

  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of IT solutions to clients.

​

  • Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts tailored to the client's needs, and negotiate terms and pricing to close deals.

​

  • Manage the sales pipeline using CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities.Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify sales opportunities and threats.

​

  •  Work closely with marketing, product development, and technical support teams to ensure alignment between sales efforts and overall business objectives.

​

  • Keep abreast of advancements in IT technology and sales techniques through training sessions, workshops, and industry events.

​

  • Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs established by management. 

​

  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

 

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in IT sales or a similar role.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Deep understanding of IT products and services.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Certifications in sales or IT (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA) are a plus.
