Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.

Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through various methods such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their IT requirements and provide customized solutions.

Stay up-to-date with the latest IT products and services, including hardware, software, cloud solutions, and managed services.

Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of IT solutions to clients.

Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts tailored to the client's needs, and negotiate terms and pricing to close deals.

Manage the sales pipeline using CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities.Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify sales opportunities and threats.

Work closely with marketing, product development, and technical support teams to ensure alignment between sales efforts and overall business objectives.

Keep abreast of advancements in IT technology and sales techniques through training sessions, workshops, and industry events.

Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs established by management.

Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in IT sales or a similar role.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Deep understanding of IT products and services.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Certifications in sales or IT (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA) are a plus.
